Onboarding

Nails come in a myriad of shapes, sizes, colors, and designs. Yet, providing customers with too many options can be overwhelming and discourage the purchase.
We created an onboarding experience, which filtered nail options based on user preferences and seamlessly integrated with Aura Beauty's Shopify e-commerce platform.

We designed and developed a custom themed Shopify website and subscription-based e-commerce platform exclusively for Aura Beauty. Revolutionizing the purchase experience, we redefined the way customers purchased press-on nails, making it a hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

Smart Sizing
Technology AI

Aura Beauty's commitment to providing custom-fit nails required pinpoint accuracy in nail measurements. To achieve this, we harnessed the power of cutting-edge AI technology. Our team developed a unique feature that allowed users to measure their nails using their smartphone cameras.

Even a minimal 2mm variation could result in an ill-fitting nail. Our solution involved the creation and calibration of a specialized microservice, leveraging Python libraries.

To obtain precise measurements, we introduced a reference object in the form of a standard-sized ATM card. We integrated ArUco markers to identify the reference object's exact location, compensating camera angles or position discrepancies.

Our system continuously learned from its measurements, ultimately improving the size-to-nail-margin rate.
